Values & Partnerships

How we align our work, partnerships, and principles

Five friends standing on a hill, embracing and enjoying a sunset view in the outdoors.

We partner with organizations that are values-driven, mission-led, and grounded in secular principles.

Our work is intentionally designed to support diverse individuals and communities through inclusive, non-religious frameworks that prioritize dignity, equity, and psychological safety.

Who We Work With

Organizations We Partner With

We collaborate with organizations that:

  • Operate as secular organizations

  • Are guided by universal values such as ethics, integrity, compassion, and accountability

  • Serve people of all backgrounds without religious affiliation or requirement

  • Base their work on evidence-informed, ethical, or human-centered approaches

Values matter deeply to us. At the same time, we define values through shared human principles, not religious doctrine..

Organizations We Do Not Partner With

To maintain alignment with our mission, we do not partner with:

  • Religious institutions or congregations

  • Faith-based or ministry-led organizations

  • Organizations whose mission, programming, or leadership is explicitly rooted in religious belief or spiritual authority

This boundary allows us to create an environment where no belief system—religious or non-religious—holds implicit authority.

Our commitment to a secular framework ensures that our work remains:

  • Accessible to people of all belief systems

  • Inclusive of non-religious and religiously diverse participants

  • Free from coercion, proselytization, or theological influence

This clarity helps us build partnerships rooted in trust, alignment, and shared purpose.
