Courses 1–4
The Leadership Foundations series establishes a shared framework for ethical, effective leadership in secular organizations. Participants explore the psychology and philosophy of leadership, develop core team-based leadership skills, and build practical competencies for meetings, organizational culture, and responsible decision-making.
This series is designed for current and emerging leaders who want to lead with clarity, integrity, and confidence—grounded in evidence-informed practices and free from ideological or belief-based frameworks.
Courses 5–8
The Leadership Intermediate series builds on the Foundations curriculum to deepen leaders’ capacity to navigate complexity, make sound ethical judgments, and lead effectively within dynamic organizations. Participants explore advanced topics in team leadership, organizational systems, strategic decision-making, and sustainable leadership practice.
This series is designed for leaders who already attend our Foundations series and want to refine their skills, strengthen organizational impact, and lead with confidence in real-world situations—grounded in evidence-informed approaches and free from ideological or belief-based frameworks.
Our next course begins April 30, 2026 at 7pm CST please take mind of your time zone when signing up for this course.
